Mental Wellbeing
Over 10% of UK students will experience some form of issue with mental wellbeing issues while at university.
Campuslife has created a film designed to address this issue and provide a means for universities to engage students on this delicate issue, in a way students understand and engage with. After consulting a broad range of universities across the UK, we have produced an informative, engaging and measured video designed to offer an initial level of help and reassurance to students in higher education.
Our ready made video features vital information for students on the types of issues they may face while at university (such as academic stress, homesickness and financial worries) and some simple tips on how to make easy lifestyle changes that can benefit their mental wellbeing (taking regular exercise, having balanced meals and getting a good nights rest).
The film is presented by two current medical students and manages to capture the perfect balance of informal, friendly advice with a relaxed, ambient feel to the video.
As with all films from our ready-made collection, content but can be bespoked for your university in terms of adding additional information (such as web addresses, telephone numbers, contact names and any other university specific information).
Any on-screen graphics shown in grey can be changed to your university colour(s) and we can add any logos or branding to the film.
